1.1 Service Cancellation: To cancel an appointment for hair care, hair coloring, or other salon services, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the service. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, 50% of the service fee may be charged.

1.2 Product Cancellation: If the product you purchased has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


2. Return Terms

2.1 Product Returns: Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The returned product should not be missing any parts or damaged.

2.2 Service Returns: There are no returns for hair care, hair coloring applications, or other services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, we will contact you to find an appropriate solution.

2.3 Return Process: Once the returned product is checked for compliance with the return conditions, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer’s account within a maximum of 14 business days.


3. Non-Returnable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made hair products, shampoos, hair care items, and similar products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been opened or used for personal use.
  • Payments made for services such as hair coloring or hair care are non-refundable for completed services.

  2. Notify us of your return request and ensure that the product is in its original packaging.
  3. Once the returned product reaches us, a compliance check will be conducted, and approval will be given.
